Here in the UK - weirdly - we don't have a Constitution, just laws and an accretion of practices. But we DO have human rights legislation (Human Rights Act, based on the European Convention on Human Rights). I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure there's nothing about virtual personas in that.
