There is no mention of the obvious risk that the local drug dealers etc. could also use the same "community CCTV" scheme to watch out for Police patrols, or to target neighbourhood homes for burglaries once their occupants have been spotted leaving them for work or shopping etc., all from the comfort of their own homes on the estate.</description>
